 Day 01 :

Moeyingyi

Yangon
After breakfast, drive to Moeyingyi
wetland wildlife sanctuary, located
between 17.34 latitude and 96.35
longitude at Bago Division. It is 40
square miles in area and 70 miles away
from Yangon. There are number of (123)
species inhabited the Moyingyi wetland
wildlife sanctuary. In the afternoon,
enjoy bird watching by boat in the lake,
observing the inhabitants of wetland
birds. Drive back to Bago. Overnight at
Shwe War Tun Hotel.
 Day 02 :
Bago Sightseeing - Return
to
Yangon in the afternoon.
After breakfast hotel, sightseeing in
Bago includes the beautiful 55m long
reclining Buddha called Shwethalyaung
and the Mon style Shwemawdaw Pagoda, one
of the most venerated in Myanmar. Its
spire stands 114m high and is taller
even than the Shwedagon Pagoda. Also
visit the old “Kambawzathadi Palace”,
Mahazedi Pagoda and the huge four
sitting Buddha’s “Kyaikpun” (four face
pagoda). Drive back to Yangon. If the
time is permitted, visiting the Allied
War Cemetery near Htaukkyant, the final
resting place for over 27,000 allied
soldiers.
